So… Palin Eats Goose Heads?

I live real close to cajun country so that doesn’t phase me at all.

 I could make you a delicious soup from just about any creatures head.

Close to Alligator Sauce Pecante but providing the meat for our dish takes a fearless hunter…… the hide would make some fine new stilletos for our future President……come on down Guv…….hunting alligator from an airboat in the bayou would be a new experience for you……and would provide enough meat to feed a lot of hungary conservatives.

I have an old cook book of 17th and 18th century recipes from England, Ireland and Scotland. Many of them make this look pretty tame. lol

Czarnina (duck’s blood soup) was developed as to not waste any part of the duck and I love it.  Crave it even.  The neck was one of my mom’s favorite part.  And I eat all the wild game my hubby brings home.

Seeing the eyes isn’t my favorite but they serve fish with the heads on including shrimp and whole pigs at a pig roast with the whole head.  People love dove cheeks.  In Malawi they eat rats on a stick.
